Our dedicated staff will be there to assist our clients with developing the skills they need through structured onsite activities and offsite visits are offered to improve our clients’ quality of life. The Rehabilitation Coordinators work closely with clients to help educate, teach, and model skills to help them to achieve their goals while on their road of recovery and integrating in the community.
To enroll in PRP, the prospective client must be referred by a licensed mental health provider. PRP services are covered by Maryland Medicaid or pay. For more information, you may complete the online referral form, call the office at 443-725-4104.

- Case Management: Advocacy and support for individuals facing legal or mandated treatment requirements.
- Aftercare Support: Community-based support for sustained recovery and relapse prevention.
